6 c. frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese
8 large beaten eggs
1/2 c. sliced green onions
Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. salt
Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.
Bake at 350 for forty-five to fifty-five minutes
