The ingredients ;
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
Directions:
- Firstly, Preheat oven to (175 degrees C) 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- After that, In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Then be sure to Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in walnuts and bananas and the sour cream. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes at (175 degrees C) 350 degrees F, or until a toothpick entered into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Finally, Cool loaf in the pan for ten mins before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
