Crab Cakes


  • 2 sleeves of ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 tbsp parsley, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 as needed seafood seasoning (phillips or old bay)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat


  1. Combine all ingredients, except crabmeat, until pasty.
  2. Slowly fold in crabmeat without breaking it up. Form into patties and fry in a combination of olive oil and butter until golden, about two to three minutes each side
