Peach Cobbler Bars

Peach Cobbler Bars 

THE INGREDINETS Bars

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced into thin wedges
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Glaze

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar



Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350
  2. 2.Line a 15x10x1 with parchment paper (you can use a 9x13 pan but cooking time will need to increase to at least thirty-five minutes)
  3. 3.In the bowl of a mixer cream together butter and sugars
  4. 4.Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing until well combined after each egg
  5. 5.Add in vanilla extract and beat until well combined
  6. 6.In a medium bowl combine flour & salt
  7. 7.Add flour mixture into butter mixture and beat until well combined
  8. 8.In a large bowl combine peach pie filling & pumpkin pie spice
  9. 9.Spread 3 cups of batter onto prepared pan
  10. 10.Spread pie filling over batter and then drop remaining batter over pie filling
  11. 11.Bake for twenty-five TO thirty minutes, or until a toothpick comes our clean when inserted into the middle
  12. 12.Cool of a wire rack
  13. 13.In a small bowl combine vanilla, powdered sugar & milk until smooth
  14. 14.Drizzle over bars and let cool completely
  15. 15.Cut to serve & ENJOY!!
