THE INGREDINETS Bars
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced into thin wedges
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Glaze
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350
- 2.Line a 15x10x1 with parchment paper (you can use a 9x13 pan but cooking time will need to increase to at least thirty-five minutes)
- 3.In the bowl of a mixer cream together butter and sugars
- 4.Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing until well combined after each egg
- 5.Add in vanilla extract and beat until well combined
- 6.In a medium bowl combine flour & salt
- 7.Add flour mixture into butter mixture and beat until well combined
- 8.In a large bowl combine peach pie filling & pumpkin pie spice
- 9.Spread 3 cups of batter onto prepared pan
- 10.Spread pie filling over batter and then drop remaining batter over pie filling
- 11.Bake for twenty-five TO thirty minutes, or until a toothpick comes our clean when inserted into the middle
- 12.Cool of a wire rack
- 13.In a small bowl combine vanilla, powdered sugar & milk until smooth
- 14.Drizzle over bars and let cool completely
- 15.Cut to serve & ENJOY!!
