Eggs salad recipe to die for



The ingredients; 
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled, rinsed, and dried
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (scant) green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup (heaping) celery, cut into a small dice
  • 1/4 cup (or more) mayonnaise
  • Diced radishes and sliced chives for garnish (optional)



Directions: 




  1.     Firstly, Cut the eggs into quarters, chop them into pieces, and place them after that  in a medium bowl. Eggs can also be sieved,  or sliced with an egg slicer or mashed with a potato masher or fork, .
  2.     Mix and combine elements. Add celery, , a pinch of salt,  many grinds of pepper  and onion, mayo and . Mix lightly .
  3.     Finally, Taste the egg salad and add more ,  pepper, onion , salt , or mayonnaise  if wanted. 
  4.      Serve on on a bed of lettuce or your bread of choice .
