The ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med onion, dived
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teas Montreal Steak Seasoning
- ½ teas garlic salt
- ¼ teas freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup frozen corn
- Shredded cheddar cheese for topping
- Orzo(cook, drain and throw in slow cooker in the end)
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain.
- Combine the ground beef with the next 10 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cob on low for 5 to 6 hrs.
- Cook orzo past and place in soup for 10 minutes before serving. Top with cheddar cheese.
