TACO EMPANADAS



THE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb lean ground beef o
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup panko or bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh basil



DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients with hands.
  2. Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for half-hour.
