INGREDIENTS :
- 2 sleeves of ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tbsp parsley, or to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 raw egg
- 1 as needed seafood seasoning (phillips or old bay)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients, except crabmeat, until pasty.
- Slowly fold in crabmeat without breaking it up. Form into patties and fry in a combination of olive oil and butter until golden, about two to three minutes each side
