cheesy spinach and bacon dip

What You Need
  • 1 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed (1/2 of an 8-oz. pkg.)
  • 1 pound VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (16 oz.)
  • 1 10 ounce can RO*TEL® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

directions

  1. Firstly, Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH or until VELVEETA is totally melted and mixture is well blended  for  5 minutes , stirring after three mins.
