THE INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Toasted Cashew Nuts (roasted, chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 1/2 cups Powdered Milk
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Cream
- 1 can (432 grams) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (well drained, chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cook drained DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail over low heat for 13 minutes or until dry. Cool slightly. Set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients well except sugar.
- Add the drained DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Mix well. Form every 1 tbsp mixture make into cylinder.
- Roll in sugar then wrap in cellophane or candy paper.
- Serve as a dessert or as a treat.
